Job description
Join our team as a Construction Estimator focusing on various projects. This position emphasizes your civil engineering expertise for accurate cost evaluations and project management.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management, along with relevant experience. You'll engage in preparing labor and material estimates while utilizing technology like AutoCAD and spreadsheets. Key to this role is effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and adherence to budgets.

Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings • Prepare cost estimates and overhead evaluations • Communicate with contractors and subcontractors on cost changes • Monitor and adjust project expenditures • Coordinate subcontracting and supplies directory

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management • 7 months to 1 year of estimating experience • Knowledge of estimating packages and MS Office • Willingness to work on-site and travel • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
