Job description
Join the Town of Ajax as a Business Systems Specialist in a hybrid role. You will oversee the AMANDA property management system, providing essential IT support and driving application utilization. In this full-time role, you will report to the Manager of Business Solutions and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing corporate and departmental business systems. Key tasks include managing application security, user privileges, and system integrations, ensuring effective usage across teams. Your communication and customer service skills will be vital as you deliver technical support to staff and promote effective application use. Key Responsibilities: • Manage AMANDA property management system and public portal • Resolve operational issues by collaborating with stakeholders • Support Oracle and SQL Server databases and perform backups • Enhance applications based on business partner requirements • Design and maintain reports with business intelligence tools Requirements: • Post-secondary education in IT or related field • Minimum 3 years in enterprise application support • Proficiency in SQL and database management • Strong analytical skills for requirements analysis • Criminal Reference Check required for employment Become a key player in enhancing business systems at the Town of Ajax. #J-18808-Ljbffr
