Why This Role As a New Business Development Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of growth, connecting with business leaders and introducing them to smarter, more effective benefits solutions. You’ll identify high‑potential prospects and book meetings for our licensed advisors, playing a critical role in helping organizations better support their people.
While this role is ideally suited for candidates located in the Etobicoke, or GTA Area, we welcome applications from qualified individuals across Ontario. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates outside the GTA who are a strong fit for the team.
What You’ll Do
Identify and prospect high‑potential businesses across Canada
Initiate outreach through phone and email to start meaningful conversations
Qualify leads and book appointments for our licensed sales advisors
Track outreach activity, follow‑ups, and outcomes in our CRM
Collaborate with teammates to share strategies, improve performance, and achieve team goals

What You Bring
Experience in sales, cold calling, or business development
Strong communication skills and a professional, confident presence
A goal‑oriented mindset and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment
Comfort with technology and a desire to grow within a supportive, team‑based culture

Your Career Path
Level 1: $47,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $1,200)
Level 2: $52,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $1,800)
Level 3 (Senior): $57,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses (average $2,500)
