Job description
Join AkzoNobel as a Key Account Manager and lead sales strategies in the Home Improvement sector within the Modern Trade channel. Work directly with top retailers to execute promotional activities and drive growth.

This critical position demands your expertise in managing strategic accounts, particularly for brands like DoHome and Global House. You will leverage your negotiation skills and analytical background to develop tailored trade programs that meet the needs of both consumers and professionals in painting. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement strategic plans to achieve assigned sales targets • Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and promotional agreements • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior for insights • Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain teams for execution • Assess promotion effectiveness and report on KPIs

Requirements: • Proven experience in Key Account Management • 5+ years in Modern Trade Sales, preferably in home improvement • Familiarity with the home improvement retail sector • Strong communication and negotiation abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
