Support the implementation and ongoing use of AI‑enabled HR systems, reporting tools, and process improvements while promoting ethical, equitable, and people‑focused HR practices.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR documentation, and reporting in compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and legislative requirements.

Conduct workplace investigations, employee consultations, and conflict resolution processes in a professional, unbiased, and solutions‑focused manner.

Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence, employee engagement, accessibility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Research HR trends, analyze workforce data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations that support strategic decision‑making and inclusive people practices.

Prepare and manage HR‑related documentation including accommodation letters, performance management materials, attendance management documentation, policy updates, and employee communications.

Facilitate clear communication and meaningful collaboration with employees, managers, union representatives, and stakeholders to support an inclusive, respectful, and productive work environment.
