Job description
Become a part of PetSmart’s team as a Full Time Retail Sales Associate, delivering exceptional experiences for pets and their owners. Engage with customers, provide pet care, and maintain store standards. This role at PetSmart focuses on enriching the lives of pets and their families through meaningful engagement. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will ensure the cleanliness of the store, assist with inventory, and provide direct care to store-owned pets. Strong communication skills and a flexible schedule will be key in making a significant impact on the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: • Engage with pet parents and answer inquiries • Prepare and manage online order pickups • Care for store pets, including feeding and cleaning • Maintain cleanliness and organize stock • Promote special events and recommend products Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays • Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds • Experience in retail or customer service preferred Bring your passion for pets and customer service to PetSmart as a Full Time Retail Sales Associate. #J-18808-Ljbffr
