Job description

As a Pre-Owned Sales Representative at Ford Ile-Perrot, your primary goal is to provide a stellar customer experience. Candidates should have a proven sales background, especially in vehicle sales, and an eagerness to excel. Being punctual, honest, and possessing strong CRM skills will be crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome customers to the dealership and ensure satisfaction • Assess and understand customer needs effectively • Showcase vehicle options that fit customer profiles • Facilitate vehicle demonstrations and accompany on drives • Keep customer details updated in the CRM system

Requirements: • Experience in sales, preferably vehicle sales • Knowledge of computer and CRM systems • Bilingual in French and English • Valid driver’s license required • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
