Job description
Shape logistics excellence at a manufacturing plant as the Logistics Manager. Oversee inventories, shipping, and customer interactions while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will manage warehousing, oversee shipping and receiving operations, and ensure stock reliability. Your strategic approach will address customer inquiries and support plant performance through collaboration with various departments. This role requires effective leadership and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage inventories and stock levels effectively • Supervise and train Logistics Department employees • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of warehouse equipment • Oversee preparation and shipping of finished products • Organize and manage outbound freight requests

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience • At least 3 years in shipping and receiving • Knowledge of hazardous materials handling • Understanding of occupational health and safety standards • Formal education in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
