Job description
Join Oxford Properties as the Operations Manager for Upper Canada Mall, overseeing vital facilities maintenance and team performance. Drive operational excellence while ensuring tenant satisfaction and efficient property management.

This role is critical in managing the electrical and mechanical operations at two retail locations. You will lead both direct and indirect staff, enforce health and safety regulations, and support capital improvements. Your expertise in operations management and tenant relations will ensure a smooth-running environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop annual budget and manage monthly accruals • Conduct building inspections and supervise maintenance • Analyze utility usage and implement cost-saving practices • Maintain strong tenant relationships and ensure service quality • Collaborate with the Development Team on property upgrades

Requirements: • 5+ years in operations management of commercial properties • Experience with multi-faceted teams and contract management • Strong public relations and negotiation skills • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Knowledge of building codes and sustainability programs
