Job description
Join Willson International as a driven Business Development Representative and work remotely to enhance your sales expertise. Focus on building relationships to drive impactful logistics solutions.

In this role, you'll engage prospects through diverse channels and help identify their needs while fostering partnerships that fuel our sales growth. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume outreach through multiple channels • Qualify leads by understanding and aligning their needs • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings with Account Executives • Collaborate with sales teams to refine strategies • Monitor and achieve key performance indicators consistently

Requirements: • Two years of experience in sales or telemarketing • Self-motivated with resilient, learner mindset • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce • Attention to detail and effective time management skills • High School Diploma mandatory; College education preferred
