Become an essential part of a team as an Operations Analyst – Wireless Exceptions in York Mills, North York. This role emphasizes managing wireless order fulfillment and streamlining operations with excellent analytical skills.
As an Operations Analyst, you will work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment to oversee wireless order exceptions, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical abilities and experience with ERP systems and third-party logistics. You'll coordinate with various internal teams and support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and resolve wireless order exception issues • Coordinate with Operations, Customer Care, and IT teams • Analyze ERP systems to identify operational improvement areas • Open and manage Incident tickets for issue resolution • Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and risks
Requirements: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with ERP and inventory management systems • Familiarity with third-party logistics providers • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
