Job description
Drive change in the construction industry as an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Kojo, working remotely to transform how materials are bought. Engage with commercial contractors to uncover unrealized value and book strong discovery meetings.

In this critical role, you’ll lead outbound prospecting efforts, focusing on enterprise construction contractors with over $75 million in annual volume. With an average of 100 cold calls daily, your keen judgment will help identify high-potential accounts and engage them thoughtfully. You’ll harness modern sales tools and AI to enhance your outreach and refine messaging strategies to maximize effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: • Own outbound prospecting to enterprise construction contractors • Book qualified discovery meetings with potential buyers • Utilize AI for smarter prospecting and insight generation • Test and iterate on outbound messaging strategies • Meet and exceed targets for meetings and opportunities

Requirements: • 50+ cold calls per day in an SDR or BDR role • Proven outbound sequences with measurable success • Strong discovery skills to identify pain points • Quick implementation of feedback to improve performance • Familiarity with the construction industry preferred
