Job description
Enhance employee experiences at Intuit in the role of Staff Employee Relations Partner located in Toronto. This hybrid position emphasizes connection and collaboration within our global workforce. You will spearhead employee relations efforts across regions including the U.K., India, and Israel, while also managing complex workplace conflicts. As an integral member of the People and Places organization, you will engage with various teams to facilitate positive organizational outcomes, working three days weekly from our Toronto office. Key Responsibilities: • Support external trends impacting employee relations • Handle performance concerns and conflicts adeptly • Manage workplace escalations with a consultative approach • Lead organizational health initiatives through collaboration • Develop managerial capabilities through hands-on projects Requirements: • 5-7 years of relevant Employee Relations experience • A Bachelor’s or J.D. desirable • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities • Ability to empathize and support diverse perspectives Drive positive change and foster employee growth in this impactful role at Intuit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
