Job description
Lead the US Securities Settlements team with RBC in Toronto, Canada. As Director, you will ensure efficient settlement processes for fixed income and equity transactions while mitigating operational risk. Reporting to the COO Group, the Director offers ten years of management expertise to strengthen adherence to internal policies. You will foster relationships with front office partners and advocate for the team during industry meetings. Your strategic focus will drive operational optimizations, ensuring team performance meets established SLAs and enhances employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Manage securities settlement processes across multiple product types • Foster strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders • Advocate for team initiatives at regulatory meetings • Lead projects aimed at process improvements • Ensure compliance with operational risk controls Requirements: • 10+ years management experience in securities settlements • Expertise in trade settlement platforms like DTC and BDC • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to lead teams through change • Adaptability to regulatory shifts in the industry Bring your leadership skills and industry knowledge to optimize securities settlements with RBC in Toronto. #J-18808-Ljbffr
