Job description
Support financial operations at the Belleville plant as a Payroll and Accounting Specialist. This role involves payroll processing, financial reporting, and working closely with leadership to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

In this key role, you will manage payroll and financial records in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You’ll analyze production data, prepare biweekly payroll, and support month-end close activities with accuracy. Collaborating across teams, you’ll contribute to operational performance and assist with budgeting and financial planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze daily production data to support performance • Prepare and process accurate biweekly payroll • Complete payroll journal entries and maintain records • Support month-end reconciliations and reporting • Identify trends for financial performance improvement

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance • 1–3 years of finance or accounting experience • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required • Effective communication skills for team collaboration
