Job description
Join Timmins and District Hospital as a Bilingual MRI Medical Radiation Technologist, specializing in night shifts with the flexibility of weekend day shifts. Use your skills to produce accurate diagnostic images and support patient care.

This position requires MRI Certification and eligibility for membership in relevant professional associations. As a key member of the team, your role involves documenting MRI activities, adhering to established guidelines, and providing excellence in technical communication. Your ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure situations is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enforce departmental protocols and procedures • Produce high-quality imaging for patient diagnoses • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information • Collaborate with medical teams and community agencies • Assist in training new MRI students under guidance

Requirements: • Registration with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills • Exceptional communication skills in English and French • Ability to perform physical tasks in a clinical setting • Proven history of attendance and reliability
