Job description
Lead a dynamic team as the Office Manager for Mindful Support Services. This full-time role supports mental healthcare providers while promoting growth and efficiency in their practices.

In this critical management position, you will oversee the performance of assigned locations, foster strong provider and client relationships, and manage staff while ensuring seamless facility operations. Candidates with backgrounds in restaurant or hospitality management will find their skills highly transferable in our supportive and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient operations • Cultivate relationships with mental health providers and clients • Track practice success metrics and facilitate improvement • Conduct business coaching and provide constructive feedback • Manage facility services and ensure operational excellence

Requirements: • Experience in team management and leadership • Background in restaurant or hospitality management preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to authenticity and collaboration • Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
