Job description
As a Territory Sales Expert at Rubicon Organics, you will drive sales and foster brand understanding across the GTA East. This role centers on building lasting partnerships within the cannabis community and retail.

You will represent Rubicon Organics to retail partners and the cannabis community. Your focus will be on educating stakeholders and driving sales growth. An ideal candidate will bring proven sales success and strong communication skills to build loyalty and expand our presence.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee sales and education across assigned territory • Build and maintain relationships with retail managers • Enhance brand awareness through community engagement • Execute strategies to increase market share • Deliver impactful education sessions on products

Requirements: • Documented success in sales or account management • Strong history of surpassing KPIs • Effective public speaking and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications • Valid driver's license and secure transportation
