Job description
Join EnerSys as a Logistics Coordinator, where you'll excel in shipping, quoting, and tracking freight between Canada and the US. This role emphasizes detail-oriented management of logistics operations.

In this integral position reporting to the Logistics Manager, your focus will be on managing both inbound and outbound shipments. Key tasks include issuing shipping documents for various types of freight, providing accurate freight quotes, and ensuring special delivery requirements are met. You will also monitor shipment discrepancies and manage necessary documentation across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities: • Issue packing slips and bills of lading for shipments • Provide freight quotes for various shipping methods • Coordinate shipments and track deliveries • Manage freight claims and discrepancies • Work with customs specialists for documentation

Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years logistics experience • Knowledge of customs and trade compliance • Excellent English communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability • Intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and databases
