In this full-time role, you will lead strategic talent acquisition efforts for leadership roles across Alstom’s diverse and innovative teams. You’ll design and implement talent acquisition strategies while optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with passive candidates and maintaining a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle for key positions • Mentor and support team members to achieve their best • Represent Talent Acquisition to the business and HR teams • Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs • Develop proactive market mappings for strategic roles

Requirements: • Degree in Human Resources or related field • Experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment • Strong understanding of DE&I best practices • Proven leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
