Job description
Elevate your career overseeing production at Permacon as a Concrete Production Supervisor. This role focuses on leadership, safety programs, and ensuring high-quality standards.
As part of Permacon, a leader in concrete manufacturing, you'll supervise and train hourly employees while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment across Quebec and Ontario facilities. You'll be pivotal in optimizing performance and managing operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and lead production staff effectively • Ensure product quality through regular inspections • Participate in safety and maintenance activities • Manage employee schedules and hours worked • Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual safety inspections
Requirements: • High school diploma or technical field experience • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
