Job description
Make a difference in youth sports as our Soccer Development Officer! We need an enthusiastic leader to enhance our soccer programs for children and ensure enjoyment for all.

As the Soccer Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coaching, supervising sessions, and developing programs that resonate with children aged 18 months to 13 years. With a focus on mentoring part-time coaches, your efforts will help create a positive, organized environment that keeps children engaged. Regular communication with management will ensure that our soccer initiatives meet the community's needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate engaging youth soccer sessions • Mentor a team of seasonal coaches • Oversee daily programming and event setups • Act as a liaison between coaches and management • Provide valuable training and feedback

Requirements: • Strong desire to work with young children • Availability during evenings and weekends • Proactive, organized, and reliable • Experience in coaching or supervising others • Excellent communication skills with children and parents
