Job description
Elevate your HR career with Marsh as a Human Resources Manager in Toronto. This hybrid role involves coaching People Managers and enhancing people management quality across Canada and the US.

In this full-time, fixed-term role, you will support HR Managers while developing HR Generalist/Employee Relations skills. Collaborating with People Managers and business leaders, you will coordinate HR program rollouts and contribute to process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Support HR Managers across the US and Canada • Coordinate rollout of HR programs and enhance processes • Guide People Managers through performance and employee relations • Cultivate relationships with functional teams for alignment • Ensure statutory obligations and compliance standards are met

Requirements: • 4+ years of HR experience with relevant qualifications • Proven employee relations case management skills • Ability to work independently and with discretion • Knowledge of US and Canadian employment laws • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
