Job description
Shape leadership development as a Project Manager for the Fellows Program at the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies. Drive program execution and support with a culturally grounded approach.

In this leadership-focused role, you will oversee the full scope of the Fellows Program, ensuring effective management and engagement from planning to delivery. This includes coordinating mentorship, facilitating retreats, and fostering relationships with Elders and community stakeholders, aligning with Indigenous values and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage timelines, retreat planning, and mentorship coordination • Oversee logistics for in-person and virtual learning experiences • Collaborate with the Coordinator for seamless operations • Engage with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary

Requirements: • Degree in business management or related field • 3-6 years of project management experience • Knowledge of leadership programs and Indigenous cultures • Project management certification preferred • Valid driver's license and transportation required
