Job description
Kickstart your leadership journey as a Management Trainee in Toromont Cat's Leaders of Tomorrow Program. This full-time role offers exciting relocation assignments and hands-on experience in diverse locations across Eastern Canada.

Toromont Cat is seeking post-secondary graduates with a passion for leadership. Over a 24-month period, you will experience accelerated learning alongside dedicated mentorship. This program prepares you for a full-time leadership role by enhancing your skills through practical experience and structured learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: • Participate in exciting relocation assignments every three months • Gain hands-on experience within diverse operational settings • Work closely with mentors for personal growth • Engage in company events to network with industry leaders • Understand customers' needs to provide effective solutions

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Business or Engineering • Proven leadership experience and strong goals orientation • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel and relocate • Eligibility to work in Canada
