The Role As a high‑caliber, hunter‑mentality Account Executive, you will target mid‑market private lending organizations across North America, selling a mission‑critical loan origination and servicing platform. Your goal is to modernize their operations by demonstrating clear ROI and driving a sense of urgency in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Full Cycle Ownership: Be the CEO of your territory. Own everything from targeted outbound prospecting to discovery, demo, and closing.

Strategic Outbounding: Build your own pipeline by researching and engaging a list of targeted accounts, leveraging modern AI tools to automate research and scale outreach without losing personalization.

Value‑Based Discovery: Use active listening to uncover deep business impacts and build a clear, structured path to decision.

Complex Deal Navigation: Manage multi‑stakeholder environments, aligning IT, Operations, and Finance to secure buy‑in.

Contract Negotiation: Confidently negotiate diverse pricing models and packaging to secure multi‑year agreements that benefit both the client and the company.

Urgency & Momentum: Master the art of closing by creating genuine urgency and maintaining momentum throughout long‑term sales cycles.

Requirements

Proven SaaS closer with 2‑4 years of software sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a high‑growth environment.

Methodology‑driven: Disciplined use of MEDDPICC or a similar framework to qualify opportunities, identify champions, and expose the economic buyer early.

Strategic collaborator: Skilled at looping in Mortgage Automator leadership at key inflection points to build peer‑level credibility on high‑value deals.

Expert communicator: Pivot messages based on stakeholder and build lasting, trust‑based relationships.

AI‑enabled: Tech‑savvy and ahead of the curve, utilizing AI tools like Claude for prospecting and task management.

Disciplined hunter: Maintain 3‑4x quota coverage through relentless outbound activity, holding a founder’s mentality toward the pipeline.

Benefits Mortgage Automator focuses on a simple and transparent pay structure based on experience and job‑related skills. For this role, the median On‑Target Earnings (OTE) is $140,000 – $180,000. The total expected annual compensation at 100% goal attainment combines a guaranteed base salary with performance‑based variable incentives. Our commission structures are uncapped, offering extra earnings potential for exceeding targets.
