Job description
Transform customer interactions as a Customer Support Specialist with Total Power. Oversee dispatching, invoicing, and technician management while maintaining high service standards.

With a minimum of two years of dispatching experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient field operations at Total Power. Your responsibilities include communicating with Service Managers, scheduling maintenance work, and ensuring all technician documentation is complete. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills will help you thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to outstanding customer service standards • Manage scheduling of technician appointments efficiently • Create and oversee accurate invoicing processes • Maintain open communication for parts and equipment readiness • Document noteworthy information from technicians for future reference

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of relevant dispatching experience • Good technical troubleshooting capabilities • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
