Job description
Lead innovative engineering initiatives with Fluent Software Group in a hybrid role from Montréal or Toronto. Drive AI implementations, enhance product features, and mentor a high-performance engineering team. At Fluent, we are looking for a visionary Director of Engineering. This hybrid role seeks a hands-on leader who can code and inspire, focusing on architecting a high-performance, AI-integrated cloud environment. You'll be at the helm of modernizing our technical landscape while upholding stringent engineering standards. Key Responsibilities: • Drive AI workflows to enhance product capabilities • Utilize AI coding tools to enhance team productivity • Establish best practices for code reviews and CI/CD • Architect cloud-native applications for scalability • Mentor multi-disciplinary engineering teams Requirements: • Proven experience in modern web architectures • Expert in frontend architectures and server-side rendering • Background in high-concurrency database design • Familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement Elevate Fluent’s technical landscape by leading innovation and nurturing talent in the engineering field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
