Your role will be to bring out the very best in your team by:Setting a clear direction by translating corporate strategy into successful business plans with the leaders you supportClarifying expectations by helping your leaders understand the connection between their branch’s and the market’s success, through identifying and developing the right skills and behaviors so you and our teams thriveAttracting, hiring and retaining the right people in the right rolesCoaching, providing feedback and measuring performanceAbundantly recognizing and celebrating results and successesKnowing your business and creating value through collaboration with partners and stakeholders internally and in the communityAs Managing Director, you will be leading our Bow Island, Cardston, Claresholm, Coaldale, Diamond Valley, Foremost, Ft. Macleod, Granum, Magrath, Milk River, Nanton, Picture Butte, Pincher Creek, Raymond, Taber, and Vulcan.
