Position Overview The Vice President of Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing human capital strategies that support the organization's mission, values, and strategic objectives.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of HR will lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while promoting a culture of excellence and inclusivity across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals, including talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and labor laws, fostering a safe and equitable workplace environment.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
  • Advise and support executive leadership on HR matters, contributing to decision-making processes that enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role within the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements and best practices in HR management.
  • Strong leadership presence with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
