About this opportunity : This role requires relocation to Ottawa. This role is required to work in the office 5 days / week.
In this role of Radio Project Manager, you will be stepping-up to lead & drive execution of product development projects and deliver them in right scope, quality, time, and cost.
As a project leader, you will learn / acquire hands-on knowledge to formulate & drive end-to-end deliverables in an MR under the development framework.
These deliverables would include early phases, systemization, SW-HW design, Integration-Verification, and building production capacity by working closely with Supply teams (NPI / PTD).
What you will do :
- Drive Radio Projects with End-to-End responsibility from early systemization to production ramp up in factory
- Be required to drive technology and product leadership through delivering radio products to the market as committed (time / scope / cost / quality)
- Infuse new WoW / Ideas in flow optimization to find efficiencies
- Challenge status-quo, share knowledge / learning with other team members
The skills you bring :
- Education : Bachelors in Engineering
- PMI Credentials (i.e. PMP is an asset)
- Min years of experience : 5 years of Radio systems
- Demonstrated ability : Radio systems and Software Management
- Customer Insight / Business Understanding
- Good aptitude to embrace / deploy Project Management Craftsmanship Skills
- Problem solving & result oriented mindset
- Aspiration to be a role-model by demonstrating leadership competence
- Excellent communication & visualization skills to understand & engage your audience / stakeholders effectively
