Resident Billing Specialist

Our Support office location in Kitchener as an exciting opportunity for a Resident Billing Specialist to join their team.

Status: Permanent Full-Time
Location: 325 Max Becker Drive Kitchener
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

The expected hiring range for this is $50000 to $ 55000. This role falls within a broader internal salary band with growth opportunities based on demonstrated performance.

To be successful as a New Resident Billing Specialist you will:

• Set up and process resident contract packages
• Ensure accuracy of billing manage billing adjustments and support
• Support Administrative Coordinators as needed
• Process Pre-Authorization payments bank files payment plans etc.
• Knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable
• Possess intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to plan organize and prioritize work independently in order to meet prescribed deadlines
• Ability to ensure high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their own work
• Skill in customer service such as providing helpful and courteous support uncovering customer needs and working in ways to provide solutions
• Ability to work in a team environment by soliciting and sharing information collaborating with others on joint work/projects takes accountability for their work and supports group decisions
• Proven oral and written communication skills by listening to others and sharing information
• Proven alignment with our vision and organizational values of caring passion hands-on innovation positive can-do attitude and hard work
