Job description

Tasks

  • Assembling metal parts and components according to company standards.
  • Bending and cutting parts as required.
  • Verifying and identifying part locations.
  • Soldering as needed.
  • Installing, mounting, securing, aligning, and adjusting components, wiring, and brackets using manual tools.
  • Performing quality control.
  • Inspecting work, materials, equipment, and anything related to assembly using a microscope and automated equipment.
  • Identifying electrical components.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Executing wiring operations.
  • Assembling electrical components on the panel.
  • Installing panels in the unit.
  • Packing and preparing orders.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience in cable and mechanical parts assembly using manual tools following standard procedures.
  • Electronic assembly experience.
  • Soldering experience (an asset).
  • Ability to perform manual labour with precision.
  • Experience reading plans and specifications.
  • General understanding of component plans and documents.
  • Mastery of French, both oral and written.
