Our client is seeking a highly experienced Cutover Manager to lead and execute all cutover activities for a SAP SuccessFactors implementation. This role requires a senior professional with proven, hands-on experience independently developing and managing cutover plans with minimal reliance on other team members.

The Cutover Manager will own the end-to-end cutover strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across multiple environments, ensuring all configuration and data migration activities are completed on schedule and without impact to the overall project timeline.

Duration - 6 months with a possibility of extension

Must Haves

• Proven experience leading cutover activities for SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute cutover plans, including :
• Configuration moves across environments
• Data migration and validation activities
• Prior delivery of this exact Cutover Manager role on SuccessFactors projects (mandatory)
• Strong experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders during cutover and go-live
• Proven track record of delivering cutovers on time and without timeline slippage
