At Proaction International, you will participate in the execution of performance improvement projects with organizations operating in various sectors, including aerospace and agri-food, with sites located around the world!

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Transform organizations deploying Lean concepts while driving compelling performance improvements.
  • Coach managers to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Deploy short intervals control concept to improve performance dialogue.
  • Analyze processes, communication channels and management systems to identify productivity-related improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement management operating systems.
  • Facilitate change management activities.
  • Track behavioral improvements using our proprietary KBIs.
  • Implement Utrakk (our standalone online platform) to further improve operational performance and issue resolution.
  • Transfer knowledge towards a team of Proactors (change agents) to ensure the sustainability of our initiatives.
  • Identify repeat business opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE :

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field, including management or industrial engineering.
  • Relevant professional experience, ideally in consulting, continuous improvement, lean management or operational excellence.
  • Coaching experience is an asset.
  • Excellent relational and communication skills.
  • Located close to a major airport (extensive travel in Canada and the US).
