R10018**Come help build the future, where our work makes the world work!****SUMMARY**A Project Supervisor oversees project execution, manages teams, ensures timely completion within budget, and maintains quality standards while coordinating with stakeholders.As the Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing projects to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will act as the central point of coordination between project teams, clients, and senior management, ensuring that all project activities align with organizational goals and timelines.**PRIMARY SCOPE OF ROLE****PROJECT PLANNING & DELIVERY*** Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; monitor progress to ensure timely completion.* Address challenges during project execution and make critical decisions to keep projects on track.* Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in project delivery.**TEAM & RESOURCE LEADERSHIP*** Lead and mentor project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures.* Allocate personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize delays.**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT, QUALITY & REPORTING*** Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members; resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration.* Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.* Document project progress, prepare reports for management, and provide feedback on deliverables.**POSITION REQUIREMENTS*** Prior experience in project management or supervisory roles is preferred, with increasing responsibility for larger or more complex projects.* Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and teams.* Excellent oral and written communication for effective stakeholder engagement.* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Agile methodologies, Gantt charts) and risk management software.* Ability to analyze problems, make decisions, and implement solutions under pressure.**WHAT WE OFFER*** Expected Base Salary: $36.00 - $42.00 per hour.
