Job description
Lead geotechnical projects and office operations as a Geotechnical Engineering Manager with DS Consultants in Vaughan. Ideal for experienced engineers ready to make an impact.

DS is hiring a Geotechnical Engineering Manager who will also serve as Branch Manager. Drawing on your 8 to 10 years of expertise in engineering and client management, you'll execute key projects while overseeing daily office operations. You’ll recruit talent and ensure that all health and safety standards are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage overall office operations and staff functions • Develop client relationships and oversee proposal submissions • Recruit, mentor, and lead engineering teams • Supervise project execution and resource allocation • Implement health and safety policies on projects

Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field • Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience required • Proven leadership and organizational skills necessary • Valid G-Level Ontario Driver's License and insured vehicle required
