Job description
Pursue a career as a Pre-Board Screening Officer with Paladin Airport Security Services, based at K'il Kun Xidgwangs Daanaay Airport. Play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety through excellent service.

In the position of Pre-Board Screening Officer, you will collaborate with a team focused on enhancing the travel experience while upholding strict security measures. Utilize your customer service skills to efficiently screen passengers and their luggage using advanced technology, ensuring compliance with regulations while managing potential conflicts in a respectful manner.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive screenings of passengers and baggage • Operate scanning equipment to identify prohibited items • Offer information to passengers clearly and respectfully • Protect security zones within the airport environment • Handle conflict with patience and effective communication

Requirements: • At least a year of customer service experience • Flexible availability for various shifts • Fluent in English; French fluency preferred • High school diploma or equivalent necessary • Proximity to Sandspit mandatory
