Job description
Shape financial futures as a Principal of Total Portfolio at HOOPP. This senior role focuses on optimal asset allocation and robust strategy development to enhance the Fund's long-term performance.

Bring your expertise to HOOPP’s Total Portfolio Group, where you will be pivotal in creating innovative portfolio strategies reflecting economic shifts and risk appetite. Your role centers on evaluating asset allocations, conducting deep quantitative analysis, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership such as the CIO. You'll work collaboratively across teams to ensure outcomes are well-defined and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and evaluate total portfolio positioning recommendations • Analyze asset class dynamics across public and private markets • Create customized portfolio solutions for equity and credit exposure • Assess market structures affecting portfolio risk allocation • Mentor junior team members and promote a cohesive strategy

Requirements: • 10+ years in total portfolio or investment strategy roles • Proven expertise in asset allocation and portfolio construction • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills required • Strong communication abilities for influencing leadership • Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
