Job descriptionAccount Manager, Business Leadership - Experiential Marketing Momentum Worldwide is looking for an ambitious, critical thinker with sponsorship and experiential marketing experience and passion for pursuing meaningful insights to impact branded experiences. Our Manager, Business Leadership will be responsible for providing strategic and executional counsel to guide campaigns within the world of sports, entertainment & lifestyle and cultural moments. Responsibilities
Serving as an integral member of account team within the agency for client(s) with responsibility for developing and managing client business
Initiate new relationships with key clients and build from the ground up
Seek to understand clients’ business, brand experience, market category and strategic direction to enable precise direction and guidance within the agency
In partnership with the Account Director, lead the development and activation of strategic solutions (sponsorship activation, event marketing, sales promotions, and appropriate media support) which build brand equity and deliver results for the client
Manage full event/program lifecycle from concepting through execution.
Planning and executing assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget
Delivering polished client presentations
Actively contributing to overall idea generation with agency team
Overseeing the financial aspects of the programs/account(s)
Works collaboratively to develop strategic vision and translate into tactical solutions and results while sharing best practices with team members
Creates compelling presentations that flow as a story, and delivers with confidence
Works with Director or independently to create budgets for projects. You will be able to translate complex budgets into easy to understand scopes and work with key client stakeholders to source approval.
Partners directly with internal teams to lead the creation of briefs and manages the internal process from client request to delivery/execution of product
Regularly partners with Momentum discipline experts to ensure programs are fully integrated across Momentum’s breadth of offering; consistently seeds discipline offerings with clients
Demonstrated quality decision making, driven by understanding of client business and industry/category influence
Manage and mentor direct report(s); fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on‑going performance feedback, professional development and adherence to agency policy.

Qualifications & Requirements
4+ years of relevant experience
2+ years agency experience
1+ years of supervisory experience with passion for training/mentoring junior team
Experience working with creative team
Experience working with financial data and budgets
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self‑motivation
Proven ability to set team priorities and have a collaborative approach to drive results
Proficient at leading and facilitating group meetings to drive desirable outcomes and decisions
Proven success in collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary team in achieving established objectives
Regularly delivers quality work (creatively and strategically solid) within budget parameters
Successful leadership of clients
Salary Range The salary range for this position is CAD $60,000 - $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
