Job description
Step into an impactful role as an Insurance Renewals Advisor at HUB International. This hybrid position focuses on providing exceptional service and expertise in personal insurance renewals.

In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their insurance renewal process while ensuring comprehensive coverage. Your strong client engagement, attention to detail, and proactive solution-finding will help address their needs effectively. You'll be instrumental in achieving retention goals by offering personalized customer care.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage clients ahead of their policy renewals • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Assess client portfolios for cross-sell opportunities • Follow up on renewals to ensure client satisfaction • Maintain expert knowledge of Personal Lines insurance

Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Insurance • Desire for a proactive role in client service • Strong attention to detail and urgency • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Industry certifications are an asset
