Job description
Elevate your accounting career with AULT as an Accounting Technician specializing in Accounts Payable and Receivable in Waterloo, QC. Choose between remote work or a hybrid model for this vital role.

This position is a 15-month maternity leave contract running from September 2026 through December 2027. You will verify invoices, manage supplier relationships, and help maintain accurate financial records. Your contribution will be essential for our Ontario branch’s accounting needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Process and manage supplier invoices and payments • Issue and track customer invoices and payments • Participate in improving accounting processes • Draft necessary accounting procedures and support audits • Maintain comprehensive supplier and customer files

Requirements: • College diploma in accounting or a related area • Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Bilingual in French for account management • Knowledge of accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
