The Operations, Transformation and Automation team is building and supporting instrumentation, analytics, automation, reporting and capacity management capabilities. We are committed to streamlining our processes through simplification and automation to improve our operations and better serve our partners and clients.
The Consultant, Automation & Analytics is responsible for developing solutions leveraging self‑serve tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Alteryx, Azure DevOps, and Tableau to address business problems. The incumbent will assist in the resolution of routine and non‑routine operational problems by investigating, analyzing, and providing an informed opinion on compliance issues, changes to policies, adequacy of operational controls, risk assessment, and control activities.
The Consultant provides technical leadership to develop precise steps and processing logic across all platforms, ensuring that specifications meet business needs. Additional responsibilities include senior‑level technical consulting to senior management, translating user requirements to data and process requirements, and developing solutions with far‑reaching impact. The role makes technology selection decisions where business requirements may not be fully defined. The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of business analytics and an automation mindset. Flexibility, adaptability and an ability to think outside‑the‑box will be key.

How You’ll Succeed
Strategic Development & Execution: Perform and coordinate complex solution design activities, understand business requirements and translate them into system design aligned with our technology roadmap; lead cost‑effective innovative solutions for operational efficiency.
Strategy and Roadmap: Contribute to technology roadmaps aligned with the bank’s vision, strategy and objectives. Lead multiple complex technology solutions while maintaining consistency across the platform.
Stakeholder Management: Act as solution lead, interface with project teams by driving design review sessions to align design with business requirements and architecture. Mentor junior designers and developers.
Who You Are
Experience 3‑5+ years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications with expertise in No/Low Code tools, analytics software, databases, cloud, ETL, and source‑control tools.
Passionate about change and technology trends; continuously evolve thinking and work methods.
Strong interpersonal influence, relationship building and communication skills.
Digitally savvy, adaptable to new tools and trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technical discipline. MBA or Master’s with emphasis on advanced analytics, ML or AI is a plus; PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are good to have.
