Marketing Full Time Toronto, ON $50,000 - $60,000 CAD per year

As our Content Marketing Lead, you’ll own the voice, visibility, and velocity of PheedLoop. This is not a traditional writer role. You won’t be hired to simply produce blogs or generic copy. You’ll be the architect behind our entire content engine—combining strategy, creativity, SEO, AI tools, and execution to drive measurable growth. You’ll lead how the market discovers PheedLoop, how prospects trust us, and how content turns into traffic, leads, and revenue. You’ll split your talent between building top‑of‑funnel growth, supporting the full buyer journey, and owning our multi‑channel content strategy across web, email, product launches, sales enablement, and more. This role is perfect for someone who loves moving fast, thinking strategically, experimenting with AI, and owning outcomes.

What Will My Impact Be?

Growth Engine Builder

- You’ll turn content into one of PheedLoop’s strongest growth channels through SEO, thought leadership, lead magnets, and high‑converting campaigns.

Pipeline Creator

- You understand that content is more than awareness. You’ll create assets that move prospects through the funnel; from first click to booked demo.

Modern Marketing Operator

- You’ll leverage AI tools and smart systems to produce faster, better, and more scalable content across multiple formats.

Category Authority Builder

- You’ll position PheedLoop as the go‑to expert in event technology through insightful, helpful, and memorable content.

Brand Storyteller

- You’ll translate product features, customer wins, and industry trends into stories people care about.

Your Day to Day

Own the editorial and campaign calendar across blogs, landing pages, email, social, webinars, and lead magnets

Build and execute a content roadmap aligned with revenue goals

Create high‑performing SEO content that drives organic traffic and inbound leads

Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and search opportunity analysis

Analyze competitor content and market trends to keep PheedLoop ahead of the curve

Refresh and optimize existing content to improve rankings and conversions

Measure performance and continuously improve output using real data

Demand Generation & Funnel Content

Build content for every stage of the buyer journey:

Consideration

Decision

Create case studies, comparison pages, ROI assets, nurture emails, and conversion‑focused landing pages

Partner with Sales to build content that helps close deals faster

Develop campaign assets that support launches, promotions, and pipeline goals

AI-Powered Content Execution

Use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, Descript, and others to increase speed and scale

Build systems and workflows that multiply output without sacrificing quality

Stay ahead of emerging AI and content trends

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership to identify content opportunities

Turn product updates into launch content people actually understand and care about

Gather insights from prospects and customers to improve messaging and positioning

Who You Are You’re a marketer who happens to be an excellent writer—not the other way around. You think in terms of growth, performance, systems, and outcomes. You know how to balance creativity with strategy, and you’re excited by the idea of owning a content function end‑to‑end. You’re curious, resourceful, and energized by building things from scratch. You don’t wait for instructions—you find opportunities and execute. You love tools, experimentation, and figuring out smarter ways to win.

1+ years experience in content marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or SEO‑focused roles

Strong portfolio of content that drove measurable results

Experience owning a content calendar or strategy

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels

Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills

Experience with SEO tools and search strategy

Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and output

Highly organized with strong project management skills

Based in Toronto and excited to work in‑person at our Yonge‑Sheppard office

Some Nice to Haves

SaaS startup experience

Event tech, events industry, or association experience

Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

Familiarity with HubSpot or CRM automation tools

Google Analytics / Search Console expertise

Video scripting or editing experience (Loom, Descript, etc.)

Product marketing experience

Understanding of AEO / GEO best practices
