Job descriptionSenior Specialist – Cybersecurity Awareness & Training, Brampton, ON In this role, you will drive the strategic direction of cybersecurity awareness and training across a dynamic enterprise environment, shaping how colleagues understand and engage with security. As a Senior Specialist for Cybersecurity Awareness & Training, you will be required to develop and oversee the enterprise‑wide phishing simulation program, awareness campaigns and training. You enjoy blending creativity with strategy and are always looking for ways to make things better.
What You’ll Do
Lead and continuously evolve phishing simulation programs—analyzing results, identifying trends, and turning insights into smarter, more effective awareness initiatives.
Design and deliver highly engaging enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness campaigns, crafting compelling communications that resonate with diverse audiences.
Own and enhance the annual employee cybersecurity training program, ensuring content stays fresh, relevant, and aligned with emerging threats and best practices.
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee security inquiries, providing clear, approachable guidance while identifying opportunities to improve overall awareness.
Plan and coordinate engaging internal events that bring cybersecurity to life, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
Hands‑on experience with organizing and delivering multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a strong focus on continuously improving processes, quality, and outcomes.
Demonstrated success as a strong communicator, with exceptional written and verbal skills and the ability to translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear, engaging content.
Proven experience with developing creative, high‑impact materials and presentations, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to generate meaningful reporting insights using Excel.
Blend of both a creative, marketing‑style mindset and a structured, project‑management approach.
Comfort with collaborating across teams, building strong relationships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Hiring Range: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
