Expected Compensation The expected hiring range for this role is $ 20.54
to $ 25.67
based on a
35 -hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.

Why We’ll Love You
Strong knowledge of personal lines underwriting with a proactive, sales‑driven, client‑focused approach
Ability to identify opportunities and recommend solutions that meet client needs and business goals
High attention to detail, strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients across multiple channels
Organized, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities effectively
RIBO license and at least one year of insurance experience
Commitment to ongoing professional development (CAIB or CIP is an asset)

Assess client needs and recommend home, auto, and lifestyle insurance solutions
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to support growth
Manage client inquiries, documentation, and concerns in line with policies and service standards
Maintain accurate client records in accordance with privacy and compliance requirements
Collaborate with colleagues, management, and insurance partners to foster strong team dynamics
Participate in sales initiatives, community events, and business development activities
