About The Role We’re looking for a strategic, outcome‑driven leader to join our team as Digital Solutions Manager – Maintenance. In this role, you will define, prioritize, and deliver new product capabilities that create measurable value for clients and the business. This role owns the problem space, product outcomes, and feature roadmap, delivering new capabilities through the maintenance platform in close partnership with platform, engineering, and operations teams. Ultimate accountability is ensuring the right capabilities are built on the platform and deliver meaningful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Define, plan, and drive execution of new product features and enhancements delivered through the platform.

Own feature scope, sequencing, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivery teams are aligned on what is being built and why.

Create, curate, and maintain a prioritized product backlog to support efficient execution and value‑focused tradeoffs.

Partner closely with platform managers, engineering, design, and operations to drive features from concept through delivery.

Actively manage execution risks, clarify requirements, and make real‑time decisions to keep delivery on track.

Lead release‑level planning for new capabilities, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.

Define success metrics upfront and evaluate post‑launch performance to guide iteration and future enhancements.

Support launch execution, internal enablement, and adoption of new capabilities.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in product management or adjacent roles with responsibility for defining, prioritizing, and delivering digital product capabilities in cross‑functional environments.

Experience supporting or operating shared platforms used by multiple internal and external stakeholders in a SaaS or technology‑enabled environment.

Experience in a data‑intensive environment with knowledge of data quality, governance, and data management practices.

Backlog ownership and roadmap management experience.

Strong partnership experience with engineering and technical teams.

Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders around priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery plans.

Experience with AI‑enabled digital solutions, including familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or cloud‑based application environments such as AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience in fleet management, maintenance operations, or telematics‑enabled digital solutions.

Product management, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus but not required.

Experience delivering features on shared platforms.

Data‑informed decision‑making and outcome tracking experience.

Location Current Location: Mississauga. Our Mississauga office will move to 1 Adelaide in Toronto in September 2026

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 to $136,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
