Job description
Drive client success as an Account Director at Zenith, ensuring strategic media planning and innovative solutions. Lead your media team while contributing to client business outcomes.

As an Account Director, you will own and nurture client relationships, providing essential leadership and mentoring to your media team. Key responsibilities include developing and selling Zenith and Publicis Media solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and coordinating client financials. You will also coach junior team members and participate in managing overall company strategy.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage client relationships effectively • Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement • Develop and sell innovative media solutions • Ensure quality and accuracy of client deliverables • Mentor junior team members in their growth

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university • 10+ years in media planning and management • Strong leadership and negotiation skills • Proven track record in media services • Solid analytical and critical thinking abilities
