About You You are a senior, hands‑on architecture leader with deep experience in industrial or asset‑intensive environments. You understand how enterprise platforms, industrial systems, and operational technologies intersect, and you are comfortable navigating complexity, safety‑critical operations, and global delivery models. You bring strong systems thinking, practical problem‑solving skills, and the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority. You are respected for your ability to translate business and operational needs into architectures that are realistic, secure, and scalable.

Define pragmatic integration patterns, reference architectures, and interaction models
Ensure secure, reliable data flows from field systems to enterprise analytics and decision platforms
Site & Capital Project Engagement
Engage directly with mine sites, processing facilities, and operational teams
Embed within capital projects and modernization initiatives to influence design decisions early
Support OT modernization and brownfield integration while minimizing operational disruption
Architecture Delivery & Enablement
Produce practical architectural deliverables (system diagrams, integration designs, reference implementations)
Work closely with cybersecurity, data & analytics, automation, and ERP teams to co‑design solutions
Support delivery teams throughout build, testing, commissioning, and transition to operations
Risk, Safety & Operational Resilience
Incorporate safety, cybersecurity, and regulatory considerations into architecture designs
Support segmentation, redundancy, fail‑safe designs, and operational resilience across IT/OT boundaries
Continuous Improvement & Standardization
Identify recurring challenges and establish repeatable architectural patterns
Capture lessons learned from incidents and projects to continuously improve designs
Influence solution selection and procurement decisions aligned with target‑state architecture
Experience & Education
11–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise, solution, or systems architecture
Significant experience in industrial, mining, manufacturing, utilities, or other asset‑intensive environments
Proven experience designing and integrating IT, OT, and industrial systems
Experience working across global, distributed, and site‑based teams
