Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Product Management or Data Science, preferably within the data/analytics domain, either internal‑facing or both internal and customer‑facing products (e.g., commercialized and generating revenue).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with business stakeholders.
Experience operating in a highly cross‑functional, multinational business, ideally in the data center or commercial construction industries.
Dynamic, forward‑thinking leader with a bias for action, rapid experimentation, and the ability to break down complex problems and deliver novel solutions.
Skills
Analytical problem solver able to work under pressure and multitask while leading cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communicator, able to simplify complexity and tailor messaging based on audience.
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
Ability to demonstrate ownership and proactively drive initiatives while meeting business deadlines.
